Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some answers to our most frequently questions:

 

Q: How far in advance do I place my order?

 

A: Orders for customised cakes and/or customised cupcake orders are based on availability. Usually 7 - 10 days is the waiting period for bookings. For weddings, a period of at least 3 months in advance.

Q. Do you have prices posted?

 

A. Due to the custom nature of each cake and cupcake, we do not have prices posted. We suggest that you call to find out individual pricing.

 

 

Q. What is the minimum order for cupcakes?

 

A. The minimum order is 6 (six) standard OR jumbo cupcakes  OR 12 (twelve) minicupcakes per flavour.

 

 

Q. Do you deliver?

 

A. Yes we deliver. The current standard delivery fee is BDS$15 island-wide. Please book this service at least 2 days in advance.

 

 

Q. Do I need to make a deposit?

 

A. All orders are required to make a deposit of at least half the total cost up to one week before the order is needed. The deposit will also be used as confirmation for your order. 

 

 

Q. What if I need to cancel my order?

 

A. Cancellations must be done at least 2 days prior to delivery or pick up. Cancellations done after placing a deposit will result in losing the deposit.

 

 

Q. Do you have a storefront where I can purchase pre-baked goodies?

 

A. We currently do not have a storefront that you can come to pick and choose your items. All items are made fresh to order.

 

 

Q. Do you have vegan, low sugar or low fat options?

 

A. Yes we do. Feel free to give us a call (246- 426-1899) to discuss the options with us.

 

 

Q. If my order isn't quite what I expected and I wanted it to be tweaked,can it be done?

 

A. Yes, but as a rule of thumb, we advise all of our customers to inspect their product carefully before handing over final payment and leaving the premises. Handing over the final payment signifies to us that you are satisfied with your product.

If a mishap or miscommunication should arise before customers take away their purchase, we are more than happy to tweak the item(s) to ensure that they leave happy and with the correct order. 

   

If not satisfied with the product after payment, please notify us within 48 hours so we can discuss or fix your product promptly. Notifications brought forth later than 48 hours will be dismissed.

 

Q. Do you make "exotic" or "hash" or drug paraphernalia cakes/cupcakes?

 

A. No. As a family based company, we prefer to maintain our cakes in the "G - PG13"category and within the legal realm.  Any "X-Rated" or illegal drug/narcotics related requests will be declined.
